Plan Your Ultimate Alaska Fishing Adventure
We had a such a great time fishing with Luke! He got us to the fish and they were biting. We hope to return to the the Kasilof in the future as this was our second time and we never go home disappointed. We will book our experience with Reubin and Mindy’s team again. It was easy to book and was perfect.
My family of 4 (myself, husband, 15 year old son, 18 year old daughter) went on a 1/2 day fishing charter with Alaskan Widespread Fishing last week. Our guide, Mindy, was wonderful. She supplied all of the fishing equipment as well as hip boots for all of us. We fished for sockeye salmon on the Kenai River. Mindy found us a place to fish away from the crowds and taught us what we needed to know to catch our salmon. She gave pointers and netted our fish for us. We caught our limit of fish, then she took us to a boat landing so we could use the restroom and she fileted the fish to prepare them for freezing. Then she took all of the trophy fish/ family pictures that we wanted. I would definitely book a trip with her again.
We had an epic two days fishing for sockeye salmon with our guides Garrett and Mindy!! I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience on the water!They are clear communicators, fun, and have top-notch knowledge of the salmons runs. This pretty much guarantees a good day with them on the water. From day 1 booking our fishing trips all the way until we got off the water, it was seamless. Thanks again Ruebin and Mindy!
